5. ELIGIBILITY

7. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Each tier includes different services and benefits as detailed in your Membership Agreement.
8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete health information
- Attend scheduled appointments or provide 48 hours notice
- Follow clinical protocols and recommendations responsibly
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Promptly pay all fees
- Treat our staff with respect
- Comply with facility policies
9. FEES AND PAYMENT
9.1 Membership Fees
- Annual membership fees are due in advance
- Additional services may incur separate charges
- All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable
9.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon invoice
- We accept bank transfer and major credit cards
- Late payments may result in service suspension
9.3 Refunds
- Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

We are not responsible for third-party services, even when accessed through our ecosystem.
